The Bank of Russia has clarified that peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions for buying and selling cryptocurrencies between individuals are permitted until July 1, 2027.
After this date, residents will only be able to purchase and sell cryptocurrencies through licensed brokers and registered organizations for digital currency exchange.
