Privacy Policy

Last updated 25 July 2026

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible — email-only sign-in means no passwords and no unnecessary personal data.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, and any name you choose to add.

Billing data: subscription status and payment references. Card and crypto payment details are handled by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.

Usage data: basic, mostly-aggregated analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the product.

2. How we use it

To sign you in (one-time codes), provide and secure the service, process payments, send essential service and receipt emails, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and privacy-respecting analytics to measure usage. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service — email delivery, payment processing and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law.

5. Retention & security

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and close your account, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
