1. What CLOM provides

CLOM delivers algorithmic long/short trading signals, backtested performance and market analytics across a range of crypto perpetual markets. Signals are informational only.

We may add, change or remove markets, timeframes and features at any time as the product evolves.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on CLOM is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no signal is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading leveraged crypto carries substantial risk of loss.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Past performance — including any backtested result shown — does not guarantee future results.

3. Accounts & access

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Access is licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to scrape or resell data.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. The free trial grants full access for its stated period, requires a valid payment method, and converts to a paid subscription at the listed price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLOM is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
